6 todos to prepare your application
Find the right job
When there are so many applicants for each job, 100-150 applications are not unusual, you must meet the requirements of the ad to have any chance.
Do not send mass mailings
Do not send the same application to multiple jobs. Read the advertisement carefully and adapt your application for it. Focus on why you are looking for work and why you are suitable for this one
Write a clear Resume
Times like this, it is primarily your resume that’s interesting, especially when the initial selection is made. If your resume is not sufficiently clear, there is the risk that you miss that you have the experience required. Your past / current employment must be at the top of your resume. And write not only what your previous title, but also explain what your work tasks were.
Make your resume personal
To complete a resume form on the web is one thing but you should not use a standardized form when submitting your application. Sure it’s easy to find information in them, but all personality disappears making it boring and uninteresting.
Prepare intelligent questions
You should have prepared intelligent questions if you intend to call before submitting your application. Questions about how the group you should work in is built, or how an ordinary day in our looks, are examples of good questions.
To call only for the sake of a call, it is not recommended, especially not now when there are so many who are looking for.
Show enthusiasm
It is important that the candidate shows enthusiasm, both for work and in general. But it is to be wary of having too lofty plans. That being said it’s important to be rooted in reality and seem believable.
