The author of this site is Bjorn Fant, a project manager, consultant and blogger looking at work forms around the world. He has a degree in Rhetorics to be able to analyze written and spoken language. He has hired numerous people and been hired. Most importantly, he’s been fired from a company and came back as a self employed happier person.
Expand the blog knowledge
The secondary purpose of this blog is to see how people will find it and activly try to get more attetion and spread the ideas. The blog is in close cooperation with tryhonesty.se in a three month blog competition. The competition is a friendly project to explore the strategies of writing blogs and end June 1 2009. After the competition, the blog will hopefully live on and flourish.
